Privacy
Farm & Manor is not yet trading, and this is an interim summary of how the site handles information — not a complete privacy policy. A full policy will be published before we begin taking bookings or member sign-ups.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by this site.
When you contact us
The enquiry form opens your own email application with a message ready to send, so you decide whether to send it. If you do, we receive it at team@farmandmanor.com and keep it only to reply to you.
The guest list
Our newsletter runs on Substack. When you enter your address in the guest list box, you are taken to Substack to confirm, and your subscription is held by them under their own privacy policy rather than by us. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email they send.
Things outside our control
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and one script from a content delivery network, which means those providers receive your IP address when the page loads. Our host, Railway, keeps standard server logs. We do not have access to any of that as an identifiable record of you.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you have rights over any personal data we hold, including asking to see it or have it deleted. Since the only data we would hold is an email you chose to send us, that request is simply a matter of writing to us.
